”Especially in science we need [...] enthusiasm and new ideas.

01
ENCODING
NATAN encodes metadata into “DNA language” and generates sequences composed of the characters A, T, C, and G.
It can generate as many sequences as required: each will be unique and will not be confounded with any sequence found in living organisms.
02
SYNTHESIS
The sequence(s) generated by NATAN are subsequently synthesized.
The encoded metadata are now embodied in the physical form of synthetic DNA tags.
03
PREPARATION
ARIADNA are prepared according to specific requirements.
They are ready for use in the high-throughput sequencing workflow, starting from the pre-analytical phase.
04
AUTHENTICATION
After DNA sequencing, the ARIADNA tag or tags are automatically identified and authenticated. NATAN fully decodes the metadata. If necessary, it authorizes the execution of the embedded computational instructions.
